Inheriting creative juices from my Dad, I always knew I had to do something creative. I attended my 1st seminar after seeing an ad in a California newspaper on starting your own business. After attending numerous seminars, I heard the word "gift basket". A light bulb went off, my wheels started turning and Carried Away was conceived at that moment. I so enjoy my chosen career, therefore there is a passion with my madness. I've been told sometimes I get "carried away" with the details, but that's just what I do.

We'll help you express yourself and leave a lasting impression with your clients, employees, family and friends. Specializing in designing custom gift expressions, we want every gift leaving our doors to be unique and creative. Giving "presence" to your "presents" is of the utmost importance. Remember, it doesn't have to come in a basket.
We pride ourselves in paying attention to details. Knowing they like chocolate is good, but knowing they prefer milk, white, or dark is even better. Continuing education is important with any business. Although CE units are not required in my field, I'm a firm believer in them. Constantly attending trade and food shows a few times a year to keep the shelves full of new trends, ideas, and specialty vendors. Using specialty vendors makes our baskets deliciously different with a festival of flavors.
